So I went to SWB and I realised that it is very important that as a performer, you must make the audience feel the energy you have on stage. During Vbel's and the last performance of the day (I forgot the band's name), I can feel the energy as the performers were moving and grooving along with the music. It looks nice as well. And the last band tried to interact with the audience. I think this is something I can learn and apply in my future performances. Also, somehow I feel that the mixing engineer wasn't doing his job properly. So it is very important as a performer to listen to the mix and adjust the volume so that you can be heard/ will not outshine the main instrument.

My presentation few weeks back for perp didn't go well. I have been using the sustain pedal the wrong way. I should have released and stepped on the pedal on the 1 n instead of the first beat. Also when performing the study piece and solo piece, I rushed because I felt nervous and slightly disappointed. In the future I should not rush and let my feelings earlier on affect my performance.
